Special Announcement: Promotion of New General Manager

TKG Industrial Ceramics is pleased to announce the promotion of Seth Piccerillo to the position of General Manager, effective immediately.

Seth began his career with TKG (then Schaefer Industries) more than 16 years ago. Starting as a part‑time student employee in our plant, he quickly gained hands‑on experience across nearly every stage of our manufacturing process. This foundation proved invaluable as he advanced into the role of ISO Management Representative, where his leadership played a central role in guiding TKG to ISO 9001 certification.

Throughout his tenure, Seth has continued to expand his responsibilities, overseeing our manufacturing and quality functions while also serving as a key point of contact for many of our customers. His professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to service have made him a trusted and respected representative of TKG within the industry.

Seth brings exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and a strong focus on operational excellence to this new role. His ability to unite teams, drive continuous improvement, and balance day‑to‑day execution with long‑term vision positions him well to lead TKG into its next phase of growth.

As General Manager, Seth will oversee all core business operations and guide organizational priorities as we continue strengthening our culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.  He will report directly to the President, Richard Kilgore.
